Mike Kimball was raised west of Houston in Sealy, Texas, where he learned early on how to work with his hands and take pride in doing a job right. Taught by his family to build, fix, and figure things out, he understood from a young age that hard work and responsibility matter. His first job at age ten, mowing lawns, reinforced a simple lesson he’s carried ever since: if you show up, work hard, and stand by your work, people notice.
Mike earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Houston–Victoria and has spent his career working across construction, electrical distribution, management, compliance, and project management. He brings a hands-on mindset backed by real-world experience, not shortcuts or excuses.
